The Braun Building Center is being allowed to expand.
The Two Rivers City Council approved a resolution last night for the company to purchase about 9 acres of land in the Woodland Industrial Park.
City Manager Greg Buckley says there needed to be a corporate agreement before the land was sold.
Buckley says Braun will pay about $106,000 for the new building project.
Earlier this month, Paul Braun called the purchase an opportunity to expand his business and help builders in the county.
The entire project will be about a $2 million investment.
