The city of Manitowoc and Two Rivers have declared parking bans due to the upcoming winter weather.
In both cities effective overnight, no one is allowed to park overnight on the winter parking ban streets from 1 am to 6 am which include salt routes, arterial streets, state highways, and county trunks within the city’s jurisdiction.
You’ll have to find different parking on non-restrictive streets. A ticket in Manitowoc for parking on a street with a parking ban is $50.
The cities also ask people to stay at least 75 feet behind the pow truck when they have their blades down and are plowing or when trucks are salting.
