Three Manitowoc manufacturers have been nominated for the Wisconsin Manufacturer of the Year Award.
The awards are broken up into four groups depending on how many people work for the company. In the Mega Category, meaning 500 or more employees, is Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry, while in the Medium Category is Eck Industries Inc. and Red Line Plastics LLC because they have between 100 and 250 employees.
The Manufacturer of the Year Award recognizes the state’s top manufacturers of all sectors and sizes for their commitment to quality careers, good business practices, financial growth, innovative processes, and reinvestment into local communities.
Winners of each category will win a prize depending on how big they are.
Finalists will be in Milwaukee in February at the Pfister Hotel to find out who wins in each category.
