A Peshtigo man has been charged in federal court. 23-year-old Zachary Zastawniak faces two counts of sexually exploiting or attempting to sexually exploit two minors.
The U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Wisconsin says Zastawniak faces a mandatory 15 years in prison, but it could be as long as thirty years.
He could also be fined up to $250,000.
This case was investigated by the North Fond du Lac Police, Oconto and Oconto Falls Police, Oconto County Sheriff’s, and the Kingsford Michigan Department of Public Safety.
According to the indictment, the incident happened around July and August of last year.
