The Northeast Wisconsin (NEW) Manufacturing Alliance has announced their 2024 All Stars.
In this year’s copy of the manufacturing magazine, 12 employees of Alliance companies tell their stories including the best moments in their careers, how they decided on their career, and what they do every day.
Carlos, a field service technician with Hart Design & Manufacturing, takes the slot on the cover this year
He shares he enjoys his job because “It gives me the opportunity to interact with people from all over the world, plus every day is different”.
The NEW Manufacturing Alliance All Stars has been promoting careers in the industry since 2009, highlighting over 180 employees in the process.
Each All Star is a manufacturing employee between the ages of 18 and 36.
