The Northeastern Wisconsin Area Health Education Center is moving this week.
The group is hosting a ribbon cutting ceremony this Thursday (February 8th) at 3:30 pm at 621 York Street in downtown Manitowoc and invites the public to join from 3:00- 4 pm for light refreshments.
NEWAHEC’s mission is to enhance access to quality primary health care for underserved populations in northeast Wisconsin.
Through partnerships with academic and community organizations, NEWAHEC connects students to careers, professionals to communities, and communities to better health.
The organization serves eleven counties in eastern Wisconsin, including Manitowoc, Brown, Calumet, Door, Fond du Lac, Kewaunee, Outagamie, Ozaukee, Sheboygan, Winnebago, and Washington.
