Bail is set at $100 cash for a 29-year-old Sheboygan Man who was arrested Tuesday (this) morning for having marijuana in his car.
Dimitri L. Ousley has been charged with Possession of Marijuana, one count of Felony Bail Jumping, and a count of Misdemeanor Bail Jumping.
Police were summoned to The Quality Inn Hotel after a desk clerk said they wanted someone removed for making comments about smoking marijuana on the property.
Ousley’s car was void of a back plate, with a run of his VIN (vehicle identification number) verifying it was him.
The officer noticed a strong smell of marijuana emitting from the vehicle, with a probable cause search confirming a zip lock bag containing marijuana, and Ousley was taken into custody without further incident.
The lone condition of bail is that Ousley maintains “absolute sobriety.”
He remains in The County Jail with an initial appearance scheduled for February 12th at 1:30.
