The board of directors for the new Froedtert and ThedaCare Health has been announced.
Members of the board come from different backgrounds in both medical and financial backgrounds from eastern to southeastern Wisconsin.
The board’s commitment is to fulfill shared goals while strengthening local health care in the communities they serve.
Froedtert TheadCare Health President Imran A. Andrabi says the board understands the unique needs of our communities and what is required for success moving forward.
The healthcare groups say the milestone of the board reflects important progress in bringing together the groups to advance the delivery of healthcare in Wisconsin.
The newly appointed board includes:

- James (Jim) Kotek, vice chair, retired president and CEO, Menasha Corporation
- Catherine (Cathy) Jacobson, CEO, Froedtert ThedaCare Health Inc.
