More details have come out regarding the suspicious death of a 33-year-old woman in Fond du Lac.
According to NBC26, court documents filed Wednesday state that 20-year-old Annaka Trudell has been charged with 1st Degree Intentional Homicide, Conspiracy to Commit Armed Robbert with Use of Force as a Party to the Crime after a drug deal gone bad led to the stabbing death of 33-year-old Ashley Calo.
During an argument following the aforementioned drug deal, Trudell allegedly stabbed Calo in the chest with a kitchen-style knife.
Calo died shortly after the attack. Also arrested in the case is 21-year-old Dawson Lee Miller of Fond du Lac, who allegedly helped Trudell hide from the authorities.
Miller is facing charges of Harboring or Aiding a Felon, Felony Murder, and Armed Robbery with the Use of Force as a Party to the Crime.
