Three weeks have passed since Elijah Vue was reported missing in Two Rivers.
On February 20th, at 11:00 a.m., Jesse Vang, the boyfriend of Elijah’s mother, Katrina Baur, reported Elijah missing after last seeing him three hours prior.
Ever since, people around the state have been searching in Manitowoc County, in Wisconsin Dells, where Katrina resides, and most recently, the search officially expanded into Green Bay.
The latest update from the Two Rivers Police Department is another increase in the reward for information.
Early on in the investigation, the FBI announced a reward of up to $15,000, last week, Crime Stoppers increased their reward to up to $10,000, and now, the Two Rivers Police Department has announced an additional reward.
Captain Andrew Raatz announced in a post on Facebook that thanks to generous donations from the community, the TRPD added a reward of up to $15,000, making the total reward for any information that leads to either a conviction or the location of Elijah up to $40,000.
