The Wisconsin Public Service Foundation is now accepting applications from area high school seniors for the 60th year of its technical college scholarship program.
The WPS Foundation’s technical college scholarships are part of its commitment to support students and help them succeed.
In total, the WPS Foundation has donated nearly $6 million throughout all its scholarship programs and, in 2023, awarded $20,000 to support 28 students from across northeast and north central Wisconsin.
High school seniors living in the WPS service area can receive technical college scholarships to attend one of six select technical schools full-time next fall.
These schools include Fox Valley, Lakeshore, Mid-State, Nicolet, Northcentral, and Northeast Wisconsin technical colleges.
Applications are being accepted through April 30th. Each scholarship awarded is for $750.
Recipients are selected based on academic achievement, school and community leadership activities, and financial need.
