Following an outbreak of a mysterious illness affecting dozens of individuals, Crandon Schools have decided to extend their closure for another two weeks.
The decision comes after ten students and teachers reported feeling unwell, prompting the involvement of the Forest County Sheriff’s Office.
By the end of the day, the number of affected individuals had risen to 39.
In response, Crandon Schools have opted to prolong their spring break by one week, utilizing this time to thoroughly inspect and sanitize their facilities.
