William Allen Berlin Jr., 19, Two Rivers, 1st Degree Child Sexual Assault – Intercourse with Person under 12 on 1/1/18, Guilty due to a no contest plea, The defendant is sentenced to the Wisconsin State Prison System for a total of twelve (12) years. That is five (5) years initial confinement followed by seven (7) years of extended supervision. Execution of the sentence is stayed and the defendant placed on probation DOC for seven (7) years. The court will permit 3rd party contact with the victim’s family to resolve an issue with the defendant’s bank account that they may still control. The defendant has 65 days credit if revoked. The defendant is not statutorily eligible for the Substance Abuse Program or the Challenge Incarceration Program.

The defendant is eligible for programs and has 65 days sentence credit.
