Tyler M. Sadowski, 31, Two Rivers, forgery-uttering (2-counts) on 2/15/22, Guilty due to no contest plea, Sentence is withheld. Defendant is placed on probation to DOC for three (3) years. Conditions of probation: 1) Assessment, treatment, counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 2) Maintain absolute sobriety except for prescription medication taken as prescribed; 3) Submit to random urine screens and pay for the same; 4) Maintain fulltime employment, schooling, job search or combination as approved by the agent; 5) Sixty (60) days in the Manitowoc County Jail, under the Huber Law, imposed and stayed to be imposed at the agent’s discretion and by further order of the court; 6) No contact with United One Credit Union or US Bank; 7) No contact with the co-defendants; 8) No possession of financial transaction cards or documents unless they are for his own account and validly issued to him; 9) Pay restitution in the amount of $500.50 to United One Credit Union; 10) Pay restitution in the amount of $130.45 to US Bank; 11) Provide DNA sample; 12) Pay court costs; 13) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC.

Conditions of probation: 1) Assessment, treatment, counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 2) Maintain absolute sobriety except for prescription medication taken as prescribed; 3) Submit to random urine screens and pay for the same; 4) Maintain fulltime employment, schooling, job search or combination; 5) Seven (7) months in the Manitowoc County Jail, under the Huber Law, imposed and stayed to be imposed at the agent’s discretion and by further order of the court; 6) Three (3) months in the Manitowoc County Jail, under the Huber Law, commencing 05-22-2024 by 6:00 p.m.; 7) Provide DNA sample; 8) Pay court costs; 9) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC. Defense requests expungement. The State opposes. Expungement is not ordered. The court will sign an order granting early discharge of probation if the agent feels it is appropriate.

Tesha A. Kono, 50, Manitowoc, possess drug paraphernalia as a repeater on 9/3/23, Guilty due to no contest plea, Defendant is ordered to pay costs in the amount of $443 to be paid by 05-20-2024 or additional penalties for failure to pay. Defendant is ordered to submit a DNA sample.
David P. Grigsby, 34, Manitowoc, OWI (2nd) on 12/24/22, Guilty due to no contest plea, $350 fine plus costs, total $1449 to be paid by 05-20-2024 or additional penalties for failure to pay. Alcohol Assessment. Twelve (12) month license revocation. Ignition interlock for period of revocation. Ten (10) days Manitowoc County Jail, Huber Law, commencing April 27 by 6:00 p.m. Defendant is ordered to submit a DNA sample.
