A 33-year-old Manitowoc man had his initial appearance adjourned to later this month to answer to his latest “public disturbance” incident.
Edgar R. Revuelta has yet to retain legal counsel as he is facing charges with Threats to Law Enforcement, Resisting Arrest, Two Counts of Disorderly Conduct and two counts of Misdemeanor Bail Jumping.
Police responded to an incident at The Memorial Drive Dairy Queen March 26th where an employee reported that an intoxicated customer had used profanities while placing an order.
Revuelta then allegedly berated officers with profanities, threatening to fight with them.
He was taken to The County Jail where he remains in lieu of $500 cash bail, with his next court appearance scheduled for April 15th at 1:30 p.m.
