This week, the Two Rivers City Council received recommendations from the Personnel and Finance Committee for a review of the city’s 2023 goals with proposed revisions for 2024.
City Manager Greg Buckley tells Seehafer News, “The revised goals and objectives have come as a result of four meetings of the Personnel and Finance Committee. They have spent a fair amount of time together. They will get a further review at the council work session April 22nd.”
Buckley says The Council has also given the go-ahead for a pay raise to The City Manager.
Buckley noted that was “Based on input and recommendation of The Personnel and Finance Committee, approve a wage adjustment for The City Manager’s position by three percent, the same pay raise that was approved for similar non-union city employees for the current year.”
Action was deferred however, pending a complete review on the progress of last year’s goals which Buckley calls “pretty appropriate.”
