Paul E. Elliott, age 86 of Manitowoc, passed away on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at Aurora Medical Center, Manitowoc County.
Paul was born on June 3, 1937 in Manitowoc, son of the late Ralph and Alice (Duebner) Elliott. He grew up in Manitowoc and was a 1955 graduate of Manitowoc Lincoln High School. Paul served in the United States Army from November 14, 1960 until his Honorable Discharge on November 13, 1962. He owned and operated the Quality Beverage Company and also worked for the Consumers Company. Following his retirement, he worked part time as a custodian for St. Mary’s School in Manitowoc. Paul excelled in all sports and enjoyed baseball, bowling, dartball, horseshoes, ice and crawfish fishing. He had a great sense of humor, always enjoyed gambling and was an avid Green Bay Packer fan. Paul was a member of the Manitowoc Eagles.
Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law: Barbara (Bobby) Wagner, Henderson, NV, Tanya (Chad) Scott, Green Bay; six grandchildren: Christopher (Lisa) Wagner, Goodyear, AZ, Joshua (Jennifer) Wagner, Phoenix, AZ, Jenna (Malik) Smith, Henderson, NV, Caleb, Joshua and Lucas, all of Green Bay; three great-grandchildren: Tyler Wagner, Ashley (Pacey) Prettyman, Jordi Wagner; one great-great-grandchild: Tylee Prettyman; two brothers and sisters-in-law: Ralph (Patricia) Elliott Jr., Manitowoc, Dale Elliott, Whitelaw and his significant other: Carol; one sister: Judy Wiegert, Manitowoc, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by his father: Ralph Elliott; his mother and stepfather: Alice Ervin) Pribek; one grandson: Robert Wagner Jr.; one brother and sister-in-law: Lloyd (Delores) Elliott; one sister and brother-in-law: Joan (Sherman) Edwards.
Funeral services will be held at 6:00 pm on Friday, May 17, 2024 at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, 928 South 14th Street, Manitowoc. Deacon Alan Boeldt will officiate with burial to follow at 10:00 am Saturday, May 18th, 2024 at the Calvary Cemetery. Military Honors will be accorded at the cemetery by Drews-Bleser American Legion Post #88 of Manitowoc. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 4:00 pm until the time of service at 6:00 pm.
