The suspect accused of robbing a Manitowoc business last week appeared for a bail hearing Monday afternoon in Manitowoc County Circuit Court.
Police were called to The BP Gas Station on Calumet Avenue on May 9th.
A drone and K-9 team were called into action to track 32-year-old Justin L. Smith, who, as it turned out, had someone pick him up after committing the alleged crime.
Authorities located Smith in Green Bay, who was transported back to Manitowoc County and remains in the County Jail in lieu of $30,000 cash on charges of Armed Robbery and Possession of THC.
The lone condition of bail is that Smith is to have “no contact” with the victim or BP Gas Station.
His initial appearance is scheduled for May 20th at 1:30.
