The Roncalli girls’ softball team defeated Gibraltar/Washington Island 11 to 6 in a WIAA Division Four opening round game of The WIAA Softball Tournament at Roncalli High School Thursday afternoon.
With the victory, The Jets will travel to top seed Algoma to meet the Wolves on Tuesday May 21st.
Meanwhile, Two Rivers at Marinette in Division Two, and Wrightstown at Brillion in Division Three were postponed and be played Friday (this) afternoon).
The first pitch at both venues is set for 4:30 p.m.
