A Manitowoc man is facing charges following an incident where he allegedly exposed himself to a woman and her child during a dispute with the woman.
55-year-old Kevin D. Refruschinni appeared in Manitowoc County Circuit Court Wednesday on charges of Causing a Child to View or Listen to Sexual Activity.
He also had been ticketed for disorderly conduct.
He is currently free on $250 cash bail and has been ordered to have no contact with the child or mother.
His next court appearance will be on Monday, June 17, at 1:30 p.m. Refruschinni reportedly got into a dispute with the woman and exposed his genitals twice.
The incident happened Tuesday just before 9:30 p.m.
