Sarah Deering is promoted to Senior Commercial Lines Underwriter. Sarah joined Acuity in January 2019 as a Commercial Lines Underwriter. She earned a bachelor’s degree in zoology from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a master’s degree in nonprofit management and leadership from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. She resides in Waunakee, Wisconsin.

Derek Haley is promoted to Senior Commercial Lines Underwriter. Derek joined Acuity in January 2019 as a Commercial Lines Underwriter. He earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater. Derek resides in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.

Grant Hill is promoted to Product Lead. Grant joined Acuity in April 2022 as a Commercial Consultant – Specialty Markets. He earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point and holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Associate in Commercial Underwriting – Management (AU-M), Associate in Reinsurance (ARe), and Associate in Insurance (AINS) designations. Grant resides in Plymouth, Wisconsin.

Dexter Hoban is promoted to General Manager – Information Systems. He joined Acuity in June 2016 as a Systems Engineer and was promoted to Manager – Technical Support in 2022. Dexter graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh where he majored in applied mathematics–statistics and minored in computer science and Spanish. Dexter currently resides in Manitowoc, Wisconsin.

Branden Lloyd is promoted to Senior Commercial Lines Underwriter. Branden joined Acuity in January 2019 as a Commercial Lines Underwriter. He earned a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh and holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation. Branden resides in the Town of Wilson, Wisconsin.

Karen Schuchardt is promoted to Claims Consultant. Karen joined Acuity in 1997 as a Workers’ Compensation Claims Representative and was promoted to Senior Workers’ Compensation Claims Representative in 2002. Karen attended the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh where she earned a bachelor’s degree in history and education. She also holds the CLP (Certified Leadership Program) designation. Karen resides in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin.
