The Maker’s Market, presented by the Manitowoc County Historical Society, returns this weekend.
On Saturday and Sunday (June 29th and 30th), the Historical Society will be holding the event at their Pinecrest Historical Village from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
This event aims to educate patrons on the rich folk heritage of the county. Guests will be able to watch specialty craftsmen and women, such as blacksmiths, woodworkers, and cobblers, create their artisan goods.
There will also be multiple opportunities for attendees to try their hand at being a maker, including the chance to make a small iron object with the Upper Midwest Blacksmith Association.
Additionally, both days will have music accompaniments by Frogwater and Casey Penn.
Price of admission is $14 for adults, $13 for seniors, $10 for youth, and children 4 and under are free.
