A man has been charged with homicide for causing a fatal crash in Pewaukee on Wednesday that resulted in the deaths of two people, including a construction worker.
The Waukesha District Attorney charged 49-year-old Jade Moen from Menomonee Falls.
Investigators believe Moen experienced an epileptic seizure and blacked out just before the incident.
Moen, who has a history of seizures and had previously lost his license due to his epilepsy, was driving with a revoked license.
Police reported that Moen rear-ended a car at the intersection of Capitol and Pewaukee Road.
The driver of the impacted car and one of the two construction workers struck in the crash were killed.
