A 41-year-old Francis Creek woman was accused of stealing from the Manitowoc Meijer store and appeared for a bail hearing Thursday afternoon.
The court set Ashley C. Hansen’s bail at $1,200 recognizance on charges of retail theft and felony bail jumping.
An asset protection worker detained Hansen Wednesday night after watching her enter the store and load up a cart with approximately $64 of items.
Court records also indicate Hansen placed numerous items in her purse before going into the restroom and concealing more items.
Upon leaving the restroom, she paid for a bottle of soda before being detained. The lone condition of bail is that Hansen has “no contact” with the Manitowoc Meijer store.
Her initial appearance is scheduled for July 15th at 1:30.
