There are three meetings scheduled for today in the City of Two Rivers.
The Committee on Aging is up first, as they will meet in the Senior Center Library at 8:30 this morning.
They will hear input from the public before getting their usual monthly reports.
Then, the Public Utilities Committee will gather in the Committee Room in City Hall at 5:00 p.m.
After giving the public time to comment, the group will hear how the Roosevelt Avenue and Riverside Foods expansion projects are going and will get an update on the Sandy Bay Highlands.
Closing out the day will be the City Council, which will meet in the Council Chambers at 6:00 p.m.
City Manager Greg Buckly will give an update on the Roosevelt Avenue Reconstruction project before the council discusses a proposed ballot initiative.
The proposal would ask the public their opinion on the city tax levy support for community pool operations, which would be on the 2025 Spring ballot.
They will also look over the Riverside Park Master Plan before discussing the use of ARPA funds for the replacement of lead water service lines.
There are no Manitowoc County governmental meetings this week.
