COUNT 2 – Court finds the defendant guilty and withholds entry of the judgment of conviction pursuant to a three (3) year Deferred Judgment Agreement.

Defendant is ordered to submit a DNA sample. Court orders expungement of defendant’s record pursuant to Section 973.015 of the Wisconsin Statutes upon successful completion of sentence and completion of 25 hours of community service within the next 6 months. The defendant must provide written proof of such in writing. The court finds the defendant would benefit and society would not be harmed by expungement in this matter.
