The Manitowoc Police Department has arrested an individual alleged to be a dealer of Methamphetamine and other narcotics.
On Tuesday (July 2), just after 1:30 p.m., a 42-year-old man was arrested and charged concerning an incident that occurred on April 23.
Following a traffic stop involving a man who admitted to buying drugs from someone at the Trail Ends Trailer Park, Detectives and Officers investigated further.
Through previous knowledge of the individuals involved, they located the narcotics dealer and swiftly pulled him over at the Ten Pines Laundromat.
He appeared to be under the influence and was quickly detained.
Upon search of the vehicle, Manitowoc PD found over 8 ounces of methamphetamine, 0.1 grams of fentanyl, 8.7 grams of psilocybin, 3 THC vape cartridges, and various drug paraphernalia consistent with the distribution of narcotics.
This included $711 in cash which was determined to be drug sale proceeds.
Following the arrest, the suspect was charged with being a keeper of a drug vehicle, possession of methamphetamine with the intent to deliver, possession of narcotics schedule one or two, and possession of psilocybin.
