A Janesville man has been arrested and charged with his eighth OWI following an altercation with a woman in his car.
Police say 64-year-old Timothy Graesslin fled the scene upon their arrival Sunday evening and subsequently struck another person.
Graesslin refused a field sobriety test but exhibited signs of impairment, leading to his arrest.
Results from a chemical blood test are pending, and Graesslin is currently held at the Rock County Jail.
