The Green Bay man accused of driving and causing a fatal accident while having a suspended driver’s license has a plea date.
Court records for 39-year-old Phillip J. Slezewski say his plea date is set for Thursday, July 18th.
Slezewski was allegedly driving on Christmas Day on I-43 in Manitowoc Country when his SUV lost control and collided with another vehicle, causing both to crash in the median.
The vehicle Slezewski was allegedly driving had two passengers, 38-year-old Heather Arcaro- Slezewski and 71-year-old Clarice Slezewski, who died in the wreck.
Phillip is facing charges, including 12 felony counts that include knowingly operating a vehicle with a suspended license, causing death and great bodily harm.
He’s also facing charges of homicide and injury by use of a vehicle.
Other charges indicate that drugs could have either played a factor in the crash as well.
