A student at Manitowoc Lincoln High School earned a gold medal at the national Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) conference recently.
Laci Kitzmann was in Seattle Washington for the conference, where she was selected as selected as one of the top 10 students in the Job Interview STAR event category.
Students Taking Action with Recognition, or STAR Events are Competitive Events in which members compete and are recognized for proficiency and achievement in chapter and individual projects, leadership skills, and career preparation.
Also honored at the conference was Kitzmann’s teacher, Becky Grodeck who received the Master Adviser award.
