A house fire in Two Rivers has caused tens of thousands of dollars in damage.
On Wednesday (July 10), just before 1:00 p.m., the Two Rivers Fire Department was dispatched to the fire in the 2700 block of 12th Street.
Upon their arrival, the residents of the home and their pets had already exited the house.
Two Rivers firefighters noted that smoke was seen exiting from vents in the attic which was extinguished quickly upon gaining entry to the residence.
No injuries were reported from the fire, however, the damage has been estimated to be roughly $50,000.
The occupants of the house are being assisted by the Red Cross, and the fire is still under investigation.
