The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) has launched a new survey to gather information on the needs of mothers and babies in the state.
The Maternal and Child Health Survey, initiated yesterday, aims to identify key areas for DHS to focus its public health efforts.
The survey seeks feedback on topics such as prenatal care, access to health services, maternal mental health, child and infant health, birth outcomes, and community resources.
The survey is available online and will remain open until September.
