A Two Rivers man who fired shots into a Manitowoc apartment complex late last year has pleaded.
18-year-old Gabriel Soto pleaded no contest to two counts of 1st degree recklessly endangering safety as a party to a crime along with theft of movable property, criminal damage to property, and intentionally selling a dangerous weapon to a child. Six other charges were dismissed but read into the record.
Manitowoc Police were called to the 1700 block of Meadowbrook Drive late last year on a report of shots fired after it was reported that two males, Soto and a 16-year-old, shot at two unoccupied vehicles while others reported bullets going into their apartments.
No one was injured. Soto and the other male were found on Memorial Drive and arrested. Soto has a sentencing hearing set for October 3rd at 2:30 pm.
It’s not known what happened to the 16-year-old.
