The 19U Manitowoc American Legion Baseball team is entering the postseason with little momentum coming out of the Plover Tournament.
Post 88 started the tournament with a loss to the host team Friday, 5-4.
Manitowoc also fell a bit short Saturday, falling to Chippewa Falls 9-8, but they were able to earn a win in their final game of the weekend.
That was a 9-6 win over Janesville Sunday, ending the regular season with a 17-4 record.
Post 88 will be in Appleton tomorrow (July 23rd) for the start of their regional tournament, where they will face Neenah.
In the same regional bracket are the Appleton Doubledays, Kaukauna, Appleton Legion, and Sheboygan.
