The woman who was behind the wheel of the vehicle that struck Jason and Tina Prigge is free.
The $12,000 cash bond for the 29-year-old woman has been posted, according to CCAP.
As part of her bond, she is to have no contact with Jason or Tina, and must maintain absolute sobriety, possess no illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia, and not travel outside of the state without court approval.
She is also not allowed in any establishment with a Class B liquor license.
The woman is currently facing charges of 2nd Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety and two counts each of 1st Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, and Reckless Driving Causing Great Bodily Harm, however more charges may be coming.
A blood draw was conducted at the time of the crash, which can take up to three weeks to return.
