Darlene A. Kaderabek, 87, of Branch passed away on Tuesday, July 23, 2024 at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay.
Darlene was born on December 17, 1936 in Manitowoc to the late Paul P. and Verienna M. (Siebert) Hutterer. She attended school in Branch and Manitowoc, graduating with the class of 1954 from Lincoln High School. On January 29, 1955, she married Ronald Kaderabek at Holy Innocents Catholic Church in Manitowoc. He preceded her death on June 16, 2021. She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Parish, Branch Area Firefighters, Branch Park Hall of Fame, and a lifetime member of Packerland Vintage Car Club. Darlene enjoyed traveling all over the world, watching the grandchildren and great-grandchildren’s functions, and cruising in her vintage cars.
Darlene is survived by her children: Lou Ann (Ronn) Moore, Whitelaw, Dennis (Jan) Kaderabek, Rockford, IL, Joy Herrmann, Valders, Neal (Kay) Kaderabek, Verona, Lisa (Carl) Kuehn, Manitowoc, Tim (Lisa) Kaderabek, Valders, Mark Kaderabek, Branch, Dean (Tammy) Kaderabek, Omro, Chad (Jennie) Kaderabek, Edgerton, and Robert (Tina) Kaderabek, Sheboygan Falls; 21 grandchildren: Tony (Amanda) Moore, Patrick (Katie) Moore, April (Thomas) Lara, Justin Kaderabek, Kristin Kaderabek, Cassandra (Jacob) Wenzel, Rebecca (Joe) Zoellner, Joanna (Ryan) Mertz, Andrea (Matt) Lesperance, Garrett (Toni) Herrmann, Amanda (Rico) Saenz, Jennifer (Aaron) Hutzler, Jordan (Kim) Shimon, Melissa (William) Tennant, Benjamin (Megan) Shimon, Alex (Alyssa) Shimon, Nicole Kaderabek, Fay Kaderabek, Chloe Kaderabek, Connor Kaderabek, and Brianna (Jacob) Brevard; 25 great-grandchildren; one brother: Paul Hutterer, Manitowoc; three brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Allen (Caroline) Kaderabek, Mishicot, Tony (Lin) Kaderabek, Oshkosh, Kim Kaderabek, Manitowoc, and Bob Pitz, TN; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. She was preceded in death by her parents: Paul and Verienna Hutterer; husband: Ronald Kaderabek; infant twins: Kevin and Karen Kaderabek; one son: Gene Kaderabek; son-in-law: Roy Herrmann; and sister-in-law: Donna Pitz.
A funeral service to celebrate Darlene’s life will be held on Saturday, August 3, 2024 at 11:00 am at St. Francis of Assisi, Waldo Site, 1121 N. 14th Street, with Rev. Jason Blahnik celebrating the Mass of Christian Burial. Burial will follow at Branch Evergreen Cemetery. Relatives and friends may greet the family on Saturday, August 3, 2024 at the church from 9:00 am until the time of service at 11:00 am.
