A Milwaukee mom is headed to prison for the murder of a gas station worker, while police say her son who pulled the trigger remains on the run.
A jury convicted 40-year-old Denika White of harboring a felon after she helped her son escape following the deadly shooting in October of last year.
Milwaukee Police say White’s son, Fredrick Harmon, shot the gas station worker after she got into an argument with the man and stole some ice cream cones and toilet paper from the gas station.
White was arrested in La Vegas.
No one is saying where her son is.
