The man convicted of killing a young man on the Apple River in northwestern Wisconsin two years ago will be sentenced today.
Nicolae Miu faces first-degree reckless homicide charges. A jury convicted Miu in April for the murder of one individual and injuring four others.
Miu claimed self-defense during the incident.
The charge of reckless homicide carries a potential 60-year prison sentence.
