The mother of missing 3-year-old Elijah Vue is trying once again to get out of jail.
31-year-old Katrina Baur and her legal team have filed a motion for a bail modification as she has been unable to post her $15,000 cash bail.
Baur has been in the Manitowoc County Jail since February 22nd, two days after her son Elijah disappeared from her boyfriend Jesse Vang’s home.
Baur is due in court on Monday for a scheduling conference, however it is not known if this motion will be addressed at that hearing.
Vang, meanwhile, is not due back in court until September 27th, and he also has not been able to post his bail, which was set at $20,000.
Both are facing charges of Chronic Child Neglect, but no charges have been filed directly related to Elijah’s disappearance.
