Cody Blassingame, accused of sexually assaulting two teenage boys near the Duncan Creek bike path last year, has been deemed incompetent to stand trial.
A judge ruled yesterday that Blassingame, who was homeless at the time of the incident, is not currently fit for trial.
He is undergoing treatment at a state hospital, and prosecutors believe he may be found competent for trial in the future.
