Two Rivers is buzzing over the opening of a new diner in the city.
Cozy B’s Family Diner, located on the corner of Jefferson Street and 21st Street, opened its doors on July 15th and looks to bring a warm, welcoming feeling to customers for breakfast and lunch.
The owners and operators of Cozy B’s, Christina and Jacob Schuster who also own and run Christina’s Cakery and Baked Goods, felt that Two Rivers was in desperate need of another breakfast option for years.
The Schuster’s spoke with Seehafer News, with Jacob saying, “I just want this to always be an enjoyable place where everybody wants to come.”
Christina added, and Jacob agreed, “With their families.”
Cozy B’s features a wide variety of menu items for breakfast and lunch including omelets, Philly cheese steaks, wraps, and more.
As the name suggests, the diner has a strong bee theme, however the inspiration behind this may not be for the reason one would expect.
Christina explained the name came from her children’s names, Blake, Bailey, Blaze, and Blaine.
For the Schuster’s, even the name of their new diner keeps family in mind as they hope Cozy B’s will be a dining destination where families gather to enjoy good times and good food.
Cozy B’s is open six days a week from 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and closed on Wednesdays.
More information on the new diner and their menu can be found online on their Facebook page.
