A Janesville man is facing charges after what could be his fifth arrest for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, according to the Wisconsin State Patrol.
Shane Okroley, 34, was reportedly driving 106 miles per hour in a 70-mile-per-hour zone on a Dane County interstate late Friday night (August 9th).
Following a traffic stop, Okroley was arrested and, due to his previous offenses, was booked on a felony charge and taken to the Dane County Jail.
