Charges have now been filed against a man involved in a fatal crash in Kaukauna.
WBAY TV reports that 22-year-old Zachary Burr is facing charges of Intoxicated Use of a Vehicle, Hit and Run Involving Death, and Causing Death Driving While Revoked.
Burr was arrested shortly after the crash at the intersection of Taylor and Depot Streets Sunday morning.
It is not clear if he was driving the motorcycle or a separate vehicle, but Burr fled the scene.
Emergency personnel found the woman lying face down in the street, and she later died from her injuries.
Her name has not yet been released.
When Burr was later located, he told police he was scared and that he believed she was “in good hands.”
