It will be a busy day (August 13th) in the City of Two Rivers, as four city groups are scheduled to hold meetings throughout the day.
The Explore Two Rivers Board of Directors started the day off at 7:45 this morning as they looked over several committee reports and a report from Tourism Director Joe Metzen.
Then, at 5:00 p.m., the Business and Industrial Development Committee and Community Development Authority will hold a joint meeting in the Committee Room in City Hall.
They will discuss Phase 3 of the Sandy Bay Highlands Subdivision project and, in a closed session, a TID grant application for a proposed project at the former Luigiās restaurant.
The Personnel and Finance Committee will then meet at 6:00 p.m., also in the Committee Room, where they will get an update on some potential executive recruitment firms that could help search for a new City Manager when Greg Buckley retires.
At the same time, the Library Board will meet in the Community Room at the Lester Public Library to discuss a section of the Library Policy Manual.
