A bar just south of Manitowoc’s downtown caught fire last night (August 13th).
The Manitowoc Fire Rescue Department reports that crews were dispatched to 10th Street Pub, located in the 1200 block of South 10th Street, just before 8:00 Tuesday night on a report of visible smoke and flames.
Firefighters located the fire on an exterior wall on the back side of the building and were able to quell the flames before they spread to any other parts of the structure.
There were no injuries reported, and it is not clear what started the fire.
Manitowoc Fire Rescue was aided at the scene by Branch Fire Rescue and Two Rivers Fire Departments.
