A homeless man has been sentenced to 18 months in prison after setting multiple fires in Eau Claire.
Joshua Stromme admitted to starting fires in a porta-potty, several dumpsters, and a bus shelter last December.
During the sentencing, Stromme explained that his actions were fueled by anger after being expelled from a local homeless shelter.
He also shared that he struggles with mental health issues.
