Voting booths stand ready for use in a U.S. election.
The official canvass of Manitowoc County’s Tuesday’s Partisan Primary Election vote will be held Friday morning.
County Clerk Jessica Backus says it will begin at 9 a.m. at The County Courthouse.
The canvass is held to verify the authenticity of the primary vote. Once complete, the vote is certified and forwarded to Madison.
Winners move on to The General Election on Tuesday, November 5th.
