A major subdivision project is moving forward in Two Rivers.
Tonight (August 19th), the Two Rivers City Council could approve a contract with Advance Construction to extend utility and street infrastructure for the next phase of the conservation subdivision at the Sandy Bay Highlands.
Lot prices in the subdivision would cost between $50,000 to $75,000, although there is only one lot remaining in phase one and two.
According to the city, the area has seen a flurry of new home construction in recent years, adding to the community’s housing stock and tax base.
If the contract is approved, work will begin in late spring and early summer of 2025.
