Oshkosh Defense has added to its growing list of military contracts, announcing a new $1.5 billion agreement to produce trucks for the U.S. Army.
This contract involves the continued production of the Family of Heavy Tactical Vehicles, a line that Oshkosh has been manufacturing for years.
This latest deal follows the company’s significant $30 billion contract in 2015 to develop the Joint Light Tactical Vehicle, which serves as the U.S. military’s replacement for the Humvee.
Additionally, countries like Israel and Ukraine are purchasing these vehicles from Oshkosh.
