The Wisconsin Realtors Association has released its real estate report for July of 2024.
Throughout the state, new listings have rebounded, which has increased both sales and home prices.
Monthly home sales, total listings statewide, and median home prices have all gone up in Wisconsin compared to this time last year.
As for Manitowoc County, this trend has stayed the same.
The median price for a home in the county has gone up 18.5 percent, from $195,000 to $231,000.
Home sales have also seen a spike, going up 23.2 percent from 69 to 85 in July.
Average days on the market have stayed even, however, with the average home for sale staying on the market for 53 days.
Much like Manitowoc County, these housing trends are seen all around Wisconsin as median prices, sales, and new listings are up from last year.
